COVID-19 Response and Action Plan
The Contents Team has been and will continue to monitor the ever changing COVID-19 outbreak. We are committed to maintaining the health and safety of our employees and the families we serve.
The Contents Team will remain open and operate normal business hours as long as possible. We are an essential service and continue to respond to claims. We are taking the necessary steps to maintain the health of our employees and encouraging them to self-monitor their health and their family’s health. Each employee is screened each morning before they are dispatched out to any jobsite. They are instructed to stay home if they feel sick and remain at home until their health improves.
We have sanitized our facility, vehicles and equipment. We will continue to perform sanitizing on a regular basis. We have enacted steps to protect our team and our clients during their interaction. These steps include but are not limited to: maintain proper distance when interacting face to face, wear gloves, wear masks, wash hands frequently, limit time in public spaces, use common sense and be observant of your surroundings.
The Contents Team wants everyone to realize we are here to serve families and businesses that suffer losses related to fire, flood, water, mold, and storm damage. Unfortunately these events do not recognize COVID-19 and still require a response. The Contents Team will continue to respond, however, our response may be adjusted. Our response will be discussed with all parties involved and be assessed for the level of urgency (similar to our normal method of response with additional consideration for COVID-19). The restoration industry is well versed in working through difficult circumstances. The COVID-19 outbreak is unique and we are all learning, on a daily basis, the proper “best practices” approach.
The Contents Team values all of the relationships we have established over the years. We remain committed to maintaining and strengthening these relationships regardless of the challenges we face as an industry, a community, and as a nation.
